One good company, to own and run for the long term. Acquired and operated by one committed owner — for the decades ahead, not for a quick exit.
Ascend Works is the acquisition vehicle of Jatin Tripathi. Over the past decade he has built and operated large-scale technical systems at Booking.com, Coinbase and Flipkart — engineering, reliability, and leading complex projects across teams.
Ascend Works is looking to acquire and personally run one established Dutch SME, run day to day by Jatin alongside his family. This is not a fund, and there is no exit plan — the intention is long-term, hands-on ownership for the next decade and well beyond.
- 01Established businesses in the NetherlandsRoughly €0.75–3M revenue, profitable, with a track record.
- 02A technical or engineering characterMachine building, automation, technical services, software-enabled B2B.
- 03Loyal customers and recurring revenueService contracts, an installed base, long-term relationships.
- 04An owner who cares what happens nextFor the team, the customers, and the work after the handover.
Committed personal capital and prepared financing. Ascend Works comes to a conversation with equity in place and financing being arranged with Dutch lenders — a real buyer, not a hypothetical one.
A structured, respectful process. A signed NDA, clear and specific questions, and a substantiated offer rather than a fishing expedition.
A transition at the seller's pace. Including a continued role for the founder after the transfer, if that is wanted. Continuity for employees and customers comes first — always.
If you are an owner, advisor, or intermediary and this describes a business you know, Jatin would welcome a conversation — in full confidence.
